Lamb Our sheep are predominately employed to help with biological weed management in our olive grove. The off-shoot to this is we have lamb for sale. We have chosen a heritage breed because of their ability to handle our cold wet winters. Like the beef, they are grass fed only, so you can enjoy the maximum health benefits. Lambs are sold as complete sides. They have a dressed weight of between 8-9kg. The price for Options 1 and 2 is $145 and Option 3 $195, delivery included. There are three butchering options.
